To spend peaceful days discovering our beautiful landscape, you can hike, cycle, horseback or canoe along the banks of the Canal du Midi, in the Aveyron gorges or in the hillsides that give you panoramic views of the towns and villages and bastide in the surroundings.





The little extra of our surroundings, and the passage of the Camino de Santiago, creates a unique experience for you by following in the footsteps of pilgrims.

For those looking for activities with a little more adrenaline you have 2 karting, one in Cahors, or one in Caudecoste, but also tree climbing for all ages in Montech.

There are also very nice golf courses to play sports while having a great time at Lafrancaise at Gold des Charmilles.

For any other information do not hesitate to contact us directly, but you also have a superb Tourist Office in the town of Moissac which is located close to our houses.

Aquatic activities that will make you want to come back:

We are located in a place in our region which means that we are surrounded by rivers, which are among the most important in France, such as the Tarn, the Garonne and the Aveyron.

We will present to you some little activities that we have tried for you :)

You can go sailing on the water of Saint-Nicolas de la Grave, go canoeing in the gorges of the Aveyron.

Also, water skiing on the Tarn in Moissac behind a boat, but also for those who have a taste for experience and unique sensations the Wam Park of Bressols offers you a setting to practice WakeBoard, games on inflatable structures and even paddle boarding.

For the more classic you have the indoor swimming pools of Golfech, Montauban and soon Castelsarrasin which will welcome you to practice diving baptisms, and many other activities.

Now let's talk about the activates you can do in the sky:

We are very fortunate to have an Aerodrome nearby which offers first flights in gliding, planes and paragliding as well as parachuting.
